About

This store sells prepaid mobile data for travel, delivered as an eSIM — a QR code instead of a plastic card. What follows is what the service is, whose network is behind it, when the validity clock starts, and what the store deliberately refuses to do. There is no company history here because there is not one yet.

Read from the catalogue, never written into the text — they move when the catalogue moves.

This store is not open yet.

Everything here is still being prepared. No payment provider is connected — the only checkout method installed is a simulated test gateway, so no card can be charged and no money moves. The link to our eSIM supplier is in test mode as well, which means an order placed today does not produce a working eSIM.

The operator of this store is not registered as a company yet. Rather than print a name and an address that do not exist, this page says so. The registered name, number and address will appear here, and in the footer, before the store accepts a single real payment.

What this store sells

Prepaid, data-only mobile plans, delivered as an eSIM. No voice minutes, no SMS, no contract.

You pick a destination, buy a plan sized for the trip, and install it as a second line on your phone. Your own number stays where it is and goes on receiving calls and texts on its own network — the travel line carries only data.

  • Every purchase is a one-off. Nothing is stored for automatic rebilling and no subscription is created. A plan simply stops when its data or its validity runs out.
  • Prices are in US dollars and no tax is added at checkout.
  • Some plans never expire. Those are labelled Lifetime: the allowance waits until you use it.

How a plan reaches you

There is nobody to wait for. The whole path is automatic, and it is the same path whether you buy at 3pm or 3am.

  1. You pay, and the order is confirmed.
  2. The confirmation page shows the QR code, the activation string underneath it for the times a camera will not co-operate, and the install steps for your kind of phone.
  3. The same QR code and string arrive by email.
  4. Both stay in your account under My eSIMs, so a deleted email is not a lost eSIM.

Nothing is posted and there is no physical item to lose. The per-device install steps, and what to check when a line will not connect, are on How eSIM works.

That is what the store does. The link to our supplier is switched to test mode while the store is being prepared, which means an order today completes without a line actually being created — the notice at the top of this page says the same thing.

Whose network you are on

We do not run a mobile network, and this page is not going to imply that we do.

The plans in this catalogue are Keepgo’s. Keepgo holds the agreements with the local operators, issues the eSIM profile and meters the data. We run the storefront — the catalogue, the retail price, the order and the delivery. It is a resale relationship, and it is worth knowing because it decides what we can answer for and what we have to pass on.

Coverage, allowance and validity belong to Keepgo’s product, not to ours. When Keepgo changes a bundle this catalogue changes with it on the next synchronisation, which is the reason every number on this page is counted at the moment the page is built rather than written into the text.

126 network operators appear across the catalogue today, and every destination page lists the ones that apply to that destination. That figure is counted, not quoted from a brochure — a network with no plan attached to it is a name in a table, not somewhere your phone can connect.

When the clock starts

Validity starts when your order is confirmed — not when you scan the QR code, and not when you land.

This is the single most important thing to know before buying here, and it is the opposite of what most people assume. A seven-day plan bought a fortnight before departure has no days left on arrival. Buy close to the travel date.

Data ends at whichever comes first, the allowance or the validity period. Plans marked Lifetime have no expiry at all. The same statement, in its formal form, is in the Terms.

What this store deliberately does not do

Some of these are decisions, not gaps. They are listed so you can hold us to them.

  • No subscriptions. Every plan is bought once. There is no auto-renewal and no stored card mandate — there is nothing in the checkout that could create one.
  • No tracking. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party request of any kind on these pages. That is measured in a real browser rather than assumed from the page source, because a script can fetch a third party after the page has loaded. The cookies the site does set are functional — a basket, a sign-in — and are listed with their lifetimes in the Privacy Policy.
  • No hotspot promise. Our supplier publishes no tethering field, so no plan here claims that sharing the connection will work — and none claims that it will not. We would rather show nothing than guess on your behalf. The Terms say so in full.
  • No numbers we cannot count. Every count and price on this storefront is read from the catalogue when the page is built, never typed into the copy. If you find one you cannot reproduce by counting, that is a bug and not a rounding.

Who runs this store

There is no registered company behind this store yet. Rather than print a name, an address and a registration number that do not exist, this site says so — here, in the footer, and at the top of all three legal documents. Those details will be published in every one of those places before the store accepts a single real payment.

The formal statements live in the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. They are not a summary of this page; this page is the plain-language version of them. The Refund Policy in particular is open about the fact that its terms are not yet agreed with our supplier.

There is nobody to ask first: this store has no mailbox, no phone line and no chat yet. The Terms say so plainly, and say when that changes.
